  交聯PVC可用輻射交聯法和化學交聯法來制取。交聯后的PVC制品比普通PVC制品機械強度高、尺寸穩定性好、耐熱變形、耐磨、耐化學藥品等性能優良。輻射交聯電線可在100~110℃下連續使用。
  Crosslinked PVC can be prepared by radiation crosslinking and chemical crosslinking. The crosslinked PVC products have higher mechanical strength, better dimensional stability, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance than ordinary PVC products. Radiation cross-linking wires can be used continuously at 100-110 C.

  PVC與其它聚合物按一定比例混合,共混物的性能(充分相容)與PVC相比有所提高。因為相容性的兩種聚合物混煉后,可以達到分子級互融,形成單相結構,從而使共混物性能得到補充和加強,如PVC/PS,PVC/PE,PVC/CPVC等。

  耐熱改性劑是為了提高PVC耐熱性而研發生產的具有較高耐熱性的一類聚合物。(1)聚戊二酰亞胺:由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯與CH3NH4反應制得。(2)SMA(苯乙烯一馬來酐共聚物)是美國廠家推出的較好的PVC耐熱改性劑。(3)HT-510(日)是丙烯酸系列亞胺基共聚物,(4)S700N是α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物。(5)ABS類耐熱改性劑:A15、A50B、A10(日本鐘淵)(6)MBS類耐熱改性劑:三菱H602、605、632.(7)另外,還有ELIX200、300;GE Blendex 702、703、586、975等。

(5) ABS heat-resistant modifiers: A15, A50B, A10 (Zhongyuan, Japan) (6) MBS heat-resistant modifiers: Mitsubishi H602, 605, 632. (7) In addition, there are ELIX200, 300; GE Blendex 702, 703, 586, 975 and so on.
  6 PVC中添加無機填料
  6. Adding inorganic fillers to PVC
  加入一定量填料后.能提高PVC耐熱性。常用的填料有:重質碳酸鈣、輕質碳酸鈣、沉淀碳酸鈣、鍛燒陶上、硫酸鋇、赤泥、鈦自粉等。

  7 PVC中加入玻璃纖維

  PVC中加入20%~30%玻璃纖維,在不加(或少加)增塑劑的情況下,其耐熱性可提高到100℃以上。特別是長纖維增強的PVC,其熱變形溫度增加更為明顯。
  By adding 20%~30% glass fiber into PVC, the heat resistance of PVC can be increased to more than 100 C without (or with) plasticizer. Especially for long fiber reinforced PVC, the increase of thermal deformation temperature is more obvious.
